Hello World

I've finally made it to this century! Welcome to my blog. You can expect to hear much about the Lord, nutrition, and my girls. I have seven beautiful daughters. One graduated to a higher reward in 2004. She is greatly missed. Can't forget the love of my life. We've been married almost 33 years and it's been a wonderful journey. I have one beautiful granddaughter. She is so sweet and loving. My family is very dear to my heart. I hope you will enjoy this glimpse into my world.
